叶问 2 Ip Man 2 (2010)

Please allow me to review this in chinese.

《叶问2》是一套续《叶问1》的动作片。这也是我期待已久的唯一香港片。这几年，我看了不少香港片，但一部比一部差，让我对香港戏大失所望。
但，《叶问2》就不同了。
它所给我的感觉，跟第一部的感觉是一模一样的。中国人是打不死的。中国人的精神，是无可否认的。
他对洪师傅所说的的一句话令我感动，
“你觉得分胜负重要，还是跟家人吃饭重要？”
这显示了，当社会越来越进步时，人的品格，越来越糟糕。
武术本来就是艺术，是拿来欣赏，是拿来保护自己。但那年的年轻人（现在的也一样），学某些东西，不是为了兴趣，不是为了欣赏，而是拿来炫耀，拿来打架（武术），拿来赚钱。

这第二部，比第一部更上一层楼。幽默多了，动作也多了，让我非常投入。打斗非常精彩和逼真。有一幕在桌上打，连环拳那部分，我看了，简直就是目瞪口呆，佩服死了。出拳够力道，够速度，够准确。

令我佩服和感动的是，导演能够让我在两部戏里，感受到中国人那股强烈的团结力量。

我会给这部戏打满分，因为我完全投入了。

还有，
不看这部电影的人，就不是中国人（华人）。
（虽然有点夸张，但这是事实。）

Went MV to see Xian's "Ga Jiong".
Actually they are her cousins.
They were curious of me, so I was invited by them to meet at MV.
We ate, we watched movies, and it was not that bad.
Watched Kick-Ass and Ice Kacang Puppy Love.
Reviews to be updated later,
but,
this two movies worth the money i spent on them.
I can tell you that Aniu, the director of the Ice Kacang, really going to bankrupt due to this money. The equipment he used, is top quality, the actors he used, is also top quality. He filmed this movie artistically. All the scenes were splendid if they were taken in photograph.

Sorry Xian if my voice abit over today.. But, I just don't want you to live under such condition..

Why blame the Earth for getting hotter while not blaming yourself for making Earth sicker? Would you off your air conditioner? Would you walk instead of driving for a short distance? Would you eat vege more and less meat to lessen the omission of the-what gas that threaten the ozone layer? Blame no one but yourself.

Everyone should know Sushi Bonanza starts from Monday and ends at Thursday.
I went for two days, one at BTS, one at MV.
Honestly, MV's Sushi King sucks. The unagi not well-cut. The purple plate only released every 20 mins. Being a shop in such big shopping center, this is super kiam siap. I just able to eat around 3 plates unagis, not even one plate of salmon. WTF.
Smoked salmon and the unagi in BTS was tempting.

Time passes, my xian xian become even cuter. Hard to describe, but, she's just cute. The details about today can be found at her blog. I'm lazy to blog about it. Sweet sweet days~

Clash of The Titans (2010)

This is what we waiting for. Clash of The Titans. This movie is obviously made for 3D-watching. What you experience in normal 2d mode, it's just as flat as a pancake, you can't really feel the excitement of this movie. I regretted for not watching it in 3D, so I wish to watch it again in 3D.

A demi-god, Perseus, son of Zeus and a mortal being, are tired of the cruelness of the gods, and decided to fight back. This movie mainly about the journey to get the ultimate weapon, or the only way to defeat the ultimate boss, the Kraken. The Kraken is a gigantic sea monster with tentacles, which looks like a octopus which had been multiplied in 1000x the size of the normal octopus.

The plot was nicely set, but the movie seem modified before. Some scenes were cut, and jumped into another scene, it looks weird for me. The battles in this movie was relatively interesting and exciting. I love the way the director films the battles. Slow-mo, burst out, 300-spartan-style, I can just merely feel the excitement, in normal version, but I reckon, it can be more exciting in 3D.

Rating: 6/10 (normal version)


P/S : Recommended to watch in 3D.

At The End Of Daybreak 心魔 (2009)

This is a story about, two teenagers who knew each other through net, and started to date after that. It was a super-low budget film, yet won some honourable prizes. For me, it was difficult to understand what's the story is all about. It was full of darkness, misfortune, violence and the ugliness of people. It also portrait Malaysia culture and lifestyle.

This story tends to be meaningful, but I can't understand it well. It is too high level for me. My advise, people who seek actions, romance, or other genres, you are not recommended to watch this, because it might bores you and makes you fall asleep.

Daybreakers (2010)

This is a movie, about vampires, or zombies, I'm not sure either. They are seek blood, so I should call them, vampires, or gargoyles. Lol. But, this isn't any typical thriller genre-based movie. It is all about human world, that had been contaminated. People transform to vampires. They drink bloody red blood. This movie, was attractive to me, because, I havn't watch any vampires that will open company, set up business, wear formal outfits, drive Chrysler, live in modern house. It's kewl ( as defined as cool by Shurong). The plot, was interesting. See it yourself, as I don't want to be spoiler.

However, the ending, is superbly bad. A story without a clearer conclusion, ended with confusion, or to be said, WTF? Love the way the director filmed this movies, but the ending really disappointed me.

Rating : 6.5/10

P/S : Blood, is nasty, but, we might drink it one day just like them. Lol.
