Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 (2010)
Sorry to abandon you, my dear blog. I'm back with a hot movie review.
Harry Potter, has been released to public since years ago. People claimed that Harry Potter is addicting, but lucky for me to avoid the addiction. I seldom read books. I remember I saw some of the HP series of movie years ago. Daniel Radcliffe(Harry Potter) was young that time, and might be same age as us now. He was short, and wore a cloak, with a lighting scar on his forehead. But now, he has fully grown up, and has a firm body. Not to mention Emma Watson (Hermoine), who turns pretty and sexy. Rupert Grint (Ron) now possess blonde hair, with a attracting smile on his face.
The movie was quite interesting. As I heard, HP 6 was awfully boring, but HP 7 was no where to be found boring. Every scenes of it contains climax. It satisfied me. However, every movies that based on novel surely will lose to its novel, that's for sure. More contents and more imagination spaces while reading the novel. I never thought that Voldemort is an ugly faceless beast. I thought he possesses the same face as Dumbledore, with white long beards, and a magic cone hat.
Deathly Hallows are the three most powerful objects in the magic world. The Elder Wand, The Resurrect Stone and the Invisibility Cloak. These 3 objects formed the logo of Deathly Hallows. I will not include spoiler as it will spoil the fun, so, people who is curious, watch for yourself. XD
I wonder why Harry choose another girl (Ginny, Jinny or what-so-ever) as his spouse, instead of Hermoine. Hmmm....
Rating : 8/10 (Ngam my taste, story went well, graphics well done, GF besides me)

Early Nov Happening
xx/11/10
Went to Klang to visit my friend, MR. KING. We went bah ku teh. However, the shop he went is not the shop that I usually go with my primary friends. Bahkuteh comes in dishes, eggs, toufu pok also served. After that, we lepak at bukit xxx's Jaya Jusco. The shopping complex is unusually big and grant, maybe due to newly-constructed. Branded shop and concept store can be found anywhere inside it. We went green box and have fun for several hours. The Green Box over there was far more better than the Green Box in Sg. Wang, more hygienic and more beautiful.
After several hours, Mr. King lead us to a stall nearby his house, famous of its pisang goreng. From what I heard, those pisang goreng was fried with plastic. We were quite shocked, but in fact, the pisang goreng does look plastic-ish.
After enjoying such a delicious snack, we went to MBO, which located nearby his house, and watched Unstoppable. The movie features a no-man-driving train, with some dangerous chemical materials, dashing along the rails, heading towards a highly-populated town. I expected that movie will be sucky, so I never put that high expectation. But then, things turn out the opposite way. It's BEYOND my expectation. Scenes were quite real, like just happen in front of us. I would give it a 7/10.
9/11/10
Our big day, MORAL PRESENTATION + ROLE PLAY. Everyone was wearing full-formal attire, which makes me feel that we are getting older. LOL. Everyone was nervous during the presentation, couldn't really express what they wanna tell, including myself. But, things getting calmer during the role play. Some laughed, some fell asleep.
11/11/10
Our usual history of architecture presentation, with the presence of 3 unfamiliar faces. This make me nervous, and I badly presented. T.T

A great morning, having the mood to listen to class. But then, after class started for half an hour, mood spoilt. Lecturer was teaching in front, students making noise behind. To be honest, if one doesn't want to study, one may leave the class or yet stay at home. Disturbing the class, isn't the way to respect the lecturer and fellow classmates. And to someone, when people ask you question, that means he/she still take you as friends. Don't be ignorant or so fast pik chek~~~ Just my advice, talk nicely and less ironic~~~~
13/11/10
Whole day stay at home, doing my technical drawing................................
14/11/10
Watched Skyline. The graphics outweigh Avatar's. The animation is so real until you think it's really happening. However, the storyline sucks. Parts of them are just a waste of time. First time I watch movie till I pening. I sit quite front and the camera move there move here. -.-

Do you all face some serious malang matter?
Let me list it out for your reference.
Me :
1. Kena Saman.
2. Stress on Assignments.
3. My PC dead.
4. 0.1 technical pen spoilt.
5. Poor.
6. Presentation like shit.
7. Tech Drawing lecturer like mood swing.
My friends :
1. Laptop has been stolen.
2. Ran into an accident.

Anyone experience this issue?

Money
Currently, I'm having major financial crisis.
I have to borrow money from my mom.
I'm officially "jobless" now, which means no additional allowance will be received.
Anyone who has legit part time job, may tell me~
LOL.

Lifeless
Assignments, eat, play, school.
This had made me occupied for this month.
Lack of money, make me go no where.
Lack of energy, make me like a walking corpse.
Wish for many things make me tired.
Dreaming all day long, getting further away from reality,
isn't a good thing to do now.
But still, I'm doing it now,
days or night.

Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (2010)
Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole, it seems to be another children movie, but it turns out oppositely. This movie, actually enlightens me. It motivated me, and pushes me to do my assignments.
The reason is, dream. This story has a typical storyline, an owl believes the legend of the guardians, evil forces invades, it finds the guardian to protect their homeland, one of its sibling joins the evil side, and finally, guardians won, and brother died.
The movies seconds Avatar as the best ever CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) I had ever saw. Every single details of the owl, the feathers, the wings, the legs, impressed me. The environment is also impressive. I can feel the owl's thoughts, its senses, when I'm watching this movie. I'm too immersed in this movie, until I didn't notice that time passes that fast.
One of the User Reviews of IMDB, express out what I'm going to say in a better way. Haha.
"As for the film itself, I found it to be an extremely captivating and magical experience, a similar experience that I had not felt since seeing Avatar in December of '09. The animation was beyond top notch as each audience member bare witness to the immense detail of the owls and the environment. Each feather on the owls and each rain drop and spec of dust from the environment was clearly visible in the film.
The cast chosen for the film couldn't have turned out better than it did. The overall voice acting was fabulous and wouldn't have wanted any other way. The perfect octaves, expressions and moods were used in each line. Straying back to the previous paragraph slightly; most animated movies leave most people guessing the actor who plays the voice of a given actor. I, however, did not do this in this film. I was simply too immersed into the film to really notice.
The music used in the movie was beautiful and majestic. Truly epic scores of musical composure added so much to the film. You can tell the music in a movie is great when you never truly notice it, not to say it doesn't deserve its recognition. I merely mean that if you notice the music in a movie, it simply stands out too much and becomes a distraction. So having not noticed the music, I simply mean that the music became one with the movie and the experience.
In the end, I left the theatre with a very familiar feeling that I had not felt since I was a child. The feeling of classic Disney storytelling. The feeling of a masterpiece in the making. Legend of the Guardians is truly an epic film with a very rich plot and brilliant characters"
Rating : 9/10
I love this movie very very much! I would buy a DVD for better quality view, (HD) XD.
I have learnt that, for the owl, dreams make it succeed. For the staff behind this movie, effort makes this movie succeed. Therefore, dreams + efforts, are the only way to achieve success.

Legend Of Fist (2010)
This movie was filmed in chinese, but dubbed into cantonese. This actually disappointed me, and frustrated me. The voice and the mouth was not in the same pace. 90% of them who speaks chinese when filming, were dubbed, except for Donnie Yen.
This movie was a martial art film, starred by Donnie Yen. Action scene was boring, talking part was boring, so overall movie is boring for me. The movie is about how a legend, who is patriotic, and wanna unite and defend China. I can't really feel it. If compared to Ip Man, I would said that Ip Man was far more interesting, far more heart-touching and far more successful than this movie. The director was like rushing to hell. Every scene was too rush for me. I can't really get what they wanna show us. Some scene was cut also. Ah, not to mention the sound quality, maybe it's the cinema problem, or not, it was like pirated DVD's sound quality. OMG.
Oh ya, Donnie Yen try to mimic Bruce Lee's yelling, but it turns out like a kitty meowing to me. lol. No offence.
Undeniable, Donnie Yen has a perfect body, big triceps, big biceps, 8 packs, big chest. These are the results of him working hard. Kinda admire though. Haha.
I would not recommend you guys to watch it, in cinema. It's a waste of time, and money for me.

Trip
What is the happiest thing to do during sem break? Trips. What is even happier than happiest? That's a compromising trip with the people you suka, and understand each other.
23/9, we departed from Seri Petaling around 10am, driving towards our destination - Port Dickson. Wes, Xian, Me, Derek and Curry are participating in this trip. This combination, is the most relaxing, and comfortable combination. A trip with less than 4 people is boring, while a trip more than 6 people is tiring.
We visited Kota Lukut, Muzium Lukut, Restaurant "Jiu Li Xiang", entrance of Ostrich Farm, several beaches before we checked in at Cozzi Hotel. Cozzi Hotel, is GREAT. I advise not to go there, and I will not go there anymore. Its facilities, are far most the worst I had ever seen. It's like a budget hotel, with a nice-looking exterior, but a OMG interior. Weird odour striked my nose when my first step into the hotel. Staff were eating at the lobby? A room same size as my room, 1 double decker bed, and 1 single bed, with a super duper old 10" tv, no fridge, no cup, no toothpaste, no brush, no floor mat, no closet, ........ etc. We take a short rest in the room, and headed off to the beach nearby.
We searched for our bbq spot, played with sands and sea water for the whole evening. Luckily, we found a privatised campsite, called Seri Ratu Recreational Park. That park, was actually a nice spot, faced the sea, with own lighting and equipment and of cuz with a reasonable price. Rented bbq spot just for rm25, and without any time limit. It's the hardest ever BBQ in my life. The wind speed is more than 60km/h I think, firestarter and matches or lighters are useless over there. We seek help from the staff, and they said, only big guns ( cooking oil or petrol ) are the only way to light up the fire.
We BBQed till midnight, accompanied by some toads, some hungry cats, chilling winds, a sot-plug florescent light. After tidying up, and saying good bye to the staff, we back to hotel. Derek, drank a half cup of vodka, within 15 mins, and guess, what happen to him? DRUNK. Seeing him dancing around, and crapping around, is an entertainment for us. But, do fulfill your promise, not to drink anymore, kay? Alchoholic drinks, will only worsen our life, people who experiences drunk before, please think twice before you consume these drinks, it will bring troubles to you.
Woke up by them around 7am, talking loudly and interfered my sleep. Grrrrr! I have been on the bed for 1 hour and refuse to wake up. Xian's patience grew stronger because of me. XD Too bad we have to leave early.. T.T . However, it brings no harm to us, it actually let us to have time to nap at home. XD. But, I'm like a dead man now, energy-less. Pics, in, facebook~~~~~
A message to Wes, KhaYee, Xian, and SR. No matter how old we are, or how long we never meet, we must organise a trip like today in the future. And SR, I'm waiting for your 4x4 to fetch us. (BMW x6).
P/S : There's one thing I happy with it. Finally, Xian's confidence has starting to increase. I'm been working hard to build up her confidence, and finally it did pay off. Muacks~~~~ Watching her growing up day by day, I feel satisfied. I'm grateful to have her, and luckily she chosen me.

Grown Ups (2010)

Wahhahahahahaha!!! Grown Ups, a bunch of small kids, who tend to be the coach only basketball champion, and later grown up, and bring laughter to us. American comedy is something worth to watch. It's not boring, it doesn't duplicate context of other movies, pure genuine.
From the start till the end, I laugh like I never laugh before. The 5 main characters, who are famous comedian in the past, cooperate and film this movie. Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider. But too bad, scene of Chris Rock seems to be lesser than others, and less funnier.
What will you see in the movie, no matter how angry, how sad, how stupid, you will laugh. Beware, you will see two hot chicks in the movie that will make your nose bleeding. LOL. There are much more thing for you to discover, so go watch it~~
I discover some hidden message in this movie. It's for all the people who had been busy with their work, and ignore every single small details, small interesting matters, and lead to a change in your life, your family's live. This movie is suitable to all age, but I think it's dedicated to those people who work hard, and lost their direction in their life. Snake and ladders are one of our small kids games, but ask yourself, are the kids playing it now? Or playing violent, bloody, gore video games on PS3 with a HDMI cable attached to it? Money is important, but there're many things that are more important than money. Family especially, don't ignore your family, due to earn money. I think I experience it before. It's awful, and pathetic.

Saisaki Japanese Restaurant
As mentioned in the title above, we went to this restaurant to have our dinner. It features Japanese Buffet, subbed from Shogun. The environment was nice and relaxing, however the food placement is not really good. There doesn't have a fixed section about what food to place. Sushi can be found anywhere, the sashimi was on top of the counter, which we thought it is a decoration. It's weird that Thai food was found in this so called Japanese-Restaurant -- Curry, Tomyam.....The price was barely acceptable, but I doubt the quality of the food. Some are left to cold, not much heating up, Agemono ( deep-fried ) dishes should be crispy but it's not, the food was served chill, Oysters seem not fresh, the barbecued beef is hard to be chewed, and so on. For me, I wouldn't recommend you all to try out, it's better to eat at Zanmai Sushi ( my all-time favourite Japanese cuisine). No offence, just my opinion.
Below are some shots taken over there.
Escargot, Fried baby eel, barbecued beef, cheese baked oyster, spicy lala?, fried squid ring, and so on. All of them, are barely heated. Don't judge a food by its appearance.
The so-called famous Beijing or Peking Duck. I have no comments because I seldom eat duck.
Buffet must have. Ice Cream! Green Tea that have weird taste, Mat Kool, Vanilla with Mix Berry.
Cha Soba ( Green Tea Cold Noodles).
Yee Hoong, is drinking, Tong Sui, which he requested to add more water, to unsweetened it.
Rm9x++ 1.8L Sake. Compare it with a standard size phone. You can imagine how tall and big the bottle is.
Not-so-fresh Oysters bar.
Interesting Dessert.Pumpkin Custard? I never eat it.
Cawan Mushi? Steamed egg? I dislike it.
Lastly, this took me 30 mins to finish it.
Price for 10 pax. Certainly more worth if dine in other place. Once in a lifetime is enough for me. So, Saisaki should not be in my list in the future.Voice your opinion if you think what I said is wrong. ~.~ Thanks for reading to the end~

Dogathon
I was invited by Chris to Dogathon held at UPM today. UPM is super big and I sesak in it. It's not just a university, It's actually like a small town.
Today's weather was considered good, shady. It was a brand new experience for me. Pets photography. Pets are same like humans, they are shy, they avoid cameras, they do have emotions.
I was really grateful to have someone lending me her precious camera. It helps me to improve my skills. Without her, I will spend another meaningless weekend in my house.
I had taken 600+ photos, but only 200 was safe from being moved to recycle bin. Out of 200, I think 10% only consider nice. My skills are still very noob, and I wish to improve it.
There's one shot, I loved the most. Colours were there, focus on the right spot ( the eye), lighting was correct, timing ngam ngam, and everything is just perfect for me. Here, I present, Husky.
